Verhovna Rada passed the Law "On state support to a small business undertaking", which determines the opportunity of simplified system of taxation, bookkeeping and accounting to be used for the individuals and legal entities whose average registered quantity of workers during a calendar year is not exceed 50 people, and the volume of gross profit on realization of output (goods, works and services) - no more than 500 thousand of euro. As is well known, at the present time taxation for a small business undertaking's subjects is being regulated with the corresponding "transitional" Edit of the President that lays down stricter conditions to get the right to use of the simplified system of taxation (in particularity adjoining volume of profit for citizen-businessmen fix in amount of Hr 500 thousand, for legal entities - Hr 1 million). That's why in case of the Law implementation subjects' of Ukrainian business undertaking opportunities of transition to a single tax payment would be much more enlarged. © Ukraine-Today.com
